1. What findBestTrips Is

findBestTrips is an independent trip discovery platform based in India. We connect travelers with independent trip organizers. We do not organize, operate, or manage any trips ourselves.

2. Not a Booking Platform

findBestTrips is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not handle bookings, payments, or confirmations. All arrangements are made directly between travelers and organizers outside the platform.

3. No Verification or Guarantees

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any organizer, trip, or listing on the platform. This includes pricing, itineraries, safety standards, or availability. All information is provided by organizers.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

By using findBestTrips, you agree that you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying trip details, assessing risks, and making informed decisions before engaging with any organizer.

5. External Communication Disclaimer

When you contact an organizer (for example via WhatsApp), you leave our platform. We do not control or take responsibility for any communication, transactions, payments, or disputes that occur outside the platform.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers agree to provide accurate and truthful information, respond to users professionally, and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that is misleading, fraudulent, or harmful.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, findBestTrips shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, illness, or disputes, including but not limited to those arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the platform
  • Any trip, service, or listing on the platform
  • Actions or inactions of organizers or third parties
  • Any communication, transaction, or interaction outside the platform

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
